This is the Romanian seal between the two world wars. The upper part shows a crown (plusses texture) which is the starting point of a curtain (circles texture) on either side, with threads on either side. The center pictures a shield (curves texture) with the Romanain state insignia (royal eagle, urus, lion, two fish). The shield also contains a smaller crown. On either side there are two lions (x’s texture). Underneath there is an embroidery (lozenges texture). Down below there is a ribbon (oblique dotted lines texture) with the words NIHIL SINE DEO (Latin for NOTHING WITHOUT GOD).
