Description of the image

The current image presents the relief map of Bulgaria, along with the Black Sea, that can be depicted by its  horizontal and parallel line pattern.

The map of Bulgaria itself is outlined with a thickened line and textured in a dotted pattern, meaning the relief presented there is mainly formed by plains and hills.

The top of the map consists in a narrow area rendered in dotted pattern, representing the Danube Plain, alongside the Danube River.

The highest peaks of the landforms are encountered in the following mountains, marked in a full relief, from up to bottom: The Balkans, Vitosha massif, Rila, Pirin with its highest crest and The Rhodopes.
